wear comfortable clothing to facilitate changing into spa garb. if you’re coming from work, bring comfy clothes to go home in.
bring open toed sandals if you are having a pedicure.

children, much as we love kids, the spa is not the place for them. solstice strives to be a child-free adult retreat, with the exception of well behaved, 12 and older clients receiving services. please reserve your appointment for a time when you have childcare arranged at home. you’ll enjoy your visit more, and so will everyone else.
alcohol is not recommended before or permitted during your spa visit. visit one of our neighboring bistros after your spa treat for the perfect ending to your spa day!
rescheduling policy- all appointments must be secured with a credit card. 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being charged for missed services.
for those needing extra assistance: Solstice Day Spa is handicapped accessible with an elevator and wheelchair access to all areas of the spa. We are happy to provide services for all of our customers however, our services are reserved by time. If you require added time and assistance in getting ready for your service it must be included within your appointment time. Solstice technicians are not able to transport customers. You must have an aid or family member assist with any lifting. Arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment time will assure you the most out of your service time.
