How to ‘Spa’

Cancellations
All appointments must be secured with a credit card or Solstice Gift Card. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment and are unable to provide 24 hour notice the card on file will be charged for 100% of the services booked. However, if we are able to fill the vacant appointment, we’re more than happy to waive any charges. *Maybe you have a friend who could take your appointment?

Checking In
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Your session will end on time regardless of how late you start.

Cell phones
Out of respect to all our guests we request that you refrain from making or receiving calls while in our facility. Please turn them off so you can fully enjoy your visit.

Alcohol is not recommended before or permitted during your spa visit. Visit one of our neighboring bistros after your spa treat for the perfect ending to your spa day!

Children
Parents, Solstice Spa is a place where adults come to rest and recharge their batteries.
So please make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones.
Children are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby. Appointments for Guests arriving with children in-tow will be rescheduled.

Be carefree
Wear comfortable clothing to facilitate changing into spa garb If you’re coming from work, bring comfy clothes to go home in. Jewelry and your finest attire-leave them home. We are not responsible for possible damage or loss. Bring open toed shoes if you are having a pedicure.

Manicures
Artificial / Acrylic nails- for the health of our team we do not apply or remove these substances.

Retail Items
All makeup is a final sale. Please use testers to test-drive. A merchandise credit will be issued for other products returned within 14 days of purchase, providing products are in their original packaging, and no more than 20% used.

Accessibility
For those needing extra assistance: Solstice Day Spa is handicapped accessible with an elevator and wheelchair access to all areas of the spa.  We are happy to provide services for all of our customers however, our services are reserved by time.  If you require added time and assistance in getting ready for your service it must be included within your appointment time. Solstice technicians are not able to transport customers. You must have an aid or family member assist with any lifting. Arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment time will assure you the most out of your service time.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment.

The Perfect Gift
Solstice Gift Cards may be purchased in any denomination and may be redeemed towards services or products. We’ll mail it directly to your loved one, if you’d like. See our website for Instant Gift Certificates you can print out or email immediately! Gift Cards are redeemable only when presented at time of service. Protect your Gift Cards like cash. Solstice Gift Cards must be presented for payment at the time of service. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without authorization. They are non-refundable, or valid towards gratuities and may not be redeemed for cash.
